Losing Weight
All of my clients whose goal was to lose weight –
have done so!
As a fitness model and personal trainer, it is very important that my body fat is
very low. I set myself and my client’s specific fat and weight loss targets
to ensure maximum results. I have specific exercise programmes and diet plans designed
for stripping body fat, reducing weight and toning muscles.
I have worked with several models and athletes (male and female) that need to have
body fat levels of 8 % or less!
Everyone that has followed my programmes has achieved substantial fat and weight
loss results!
The number 1 piece of advice I give people who want to lose weight is to STABILISE
YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS THROUGH DIET AND EXERCISE!
This can easily be done by eating the correct foods and taking regular exercise.
If you eat the wrong foods, in the wrong amounts and at the wrong time, your blood
sugar levels will go up and down like a yo-yo. This forces your body to release
lots of insulin (otherwise known as the ‘fat storage hormone’)
It is very simple; the more bad food you eat, the more your blood sugar levels will
rise and fall, you will force you body to produce lots of insulin resulting in the
continued storage of body fat.
I cannot stress how important regulating your insulin
levels are when trying to lose weight! Your diet must allow your blood sugar levels
to remain stable otherwise the continued high levels of insulin in your body will
make losing weight incredibly difficult as your body will store more and more body
fat.
The first step to stabilising your blood sugar levels is to cut down on sugary and
starchy food!
The second part of the equation is the exercise programme. I have hundreds of specific
programmes designed to burn body fat and lose weight. My best results have come
with the people who stick to the diet plan as well as the exercise programme.
I have successfully worked with men and women, ages ranging from 23 to 60.
