Many of our weight loss clients (male and female) take full advantage of our trainers experience with teaching basic kickboxing skills. Within our personal training sessions, kickboxing is often used as part of a whole body weight loss circuit. It is an action packed and dynamic method of exercise which guarantees a great fat busting workout! Don't worry if you have never done it before.
