Your trainer will guide you through specific exercise assessments on day one which provides us with the tools to prepare the perfect programme for your body type. CREATING THE PERFECT PROGRAMME
A common mistake made by people aiming to lose weight is to focus all their exercising on running, whilst avoiding all resistance training or circuits. For some body types, running will have little or no effect on weight loss.
Most people (men and women) will burn much more body fat when they include circuit training and weight training into their programme. We will establish which type of exercise your body will respond best to and guide you through a personalised programme!

Similarly, when creating a nutrition programme for you. We will establish the perfect mixture of carbohydrates, proteins and fats for your body type.
The classic mistake made by people trying to lose weight is to consume the wrong amounts and type of foods for their body type. Everyone has a different tolerance level to the food groups which is why it is incredibly important that we establish a personalised diet plan for you on day one.
At Dave Fletcher Personal Training, we use a hands on assessment with our clients aimed specifically at fat loss. The assessment is called BIO SIGNATURE and allows us to link areas of fat storage on your body to hormonal imbalance. This provides the backbone to your nutrition plan.
